At Valley Noble, our internship program in partnership with Brigham Young University–Hawaii (BYUH) offers students a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive, faith-centered environment. This program is designed to empower students as they develop leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference.
Internship Overview
Through the internship, students collaborate with our team to:

Plan and Execute Projects: Work on initiatives like the Empower & Elevate Women’s Retreat (in partnership with Moorea Dreams), which blends personal development with cultural and faith-based experiences.

Content Creation: Design impactful resources, from digital tools to marketing strategies, that align with Valley Noble’s mission of empowerment and connection.

Mentorship and Leadership: Participate in guided mentorship sessions that foster professional growth and personal reflection, helping students develop skills that are rooted in values like integrity and empathy.

Market Research and Strategy: Analyse trends, explore customer needs, and help refine Valley Noble’s offerings to better serve women globally.

Cultural Collaboration: Embrace diverse perspectives, particularly focusing on Polynesian, Asian, and other global communities, to create resources and experiences that resonate with culturally diverse audiences.
